Jephry Floral Studio

It was delightful to plan and select the arrangement and delivery with Jephry. Highly recommend having your special flowers delivered to your room prior to your arrival at The Hotel Providence as I did for my wife.

I ordered two bouquets for my friend’s graduation late at night, and they did a fantastic job from design to delivery! Great service! My photos definitely do not do them justice haha. (They somehow couldn’t find my email specifying flower color details. When I called them today noon, they already made the bouquets, but they were willing to remake it based on my color preferences. Thanks so much!)

Ordered online a sympathy bouquet for a dear friend. Prices were reasonable, easy ordering & payment. Bouquet arrived within a few hours. My friend was pleased with the arrangement - said that it was fresh and beautiful. I am happy with the service I received from Jephry Studio & I would order again.

*** Note that the 4.9 rating for Jephry's reflects the work provide by the previous owner. The new owner Angela Chen does not reflect the same ideals and the review below reflects that*** This is how you lose customers... I asked specifically for an arrangement to be created that was not Valetine's day based. This meant I did not want red roses, a lot of pink. What I received was what you see in the photo. This is more Valentines in appearance than not. I also asked based on Valentine's day if their stock of flowers would be such to allow for a rich arrangement considering they are in the midst of focusing on the holiday, which they responded no that should not be a problem. I called and stated that this was not what I asked for and also stated that I would simply like money off my next order to make things right. The owner the asked if my wife liked the arrangement meaning that if she liked iy is was ok that was not what i specifally asked for. I was then offered 25% off this order and a statement from the owner that they are confident in their designers and that they made the correct decisions when creating this arrangement and stated they no longer wanted my business.
